


Taiwei Dashi PX3000 series eddy current sensor is composed of probe (shell), proximitor, tightening nut and coaxial signal cable. The coil is sealed by adopting a secondary injection molding process, so that the probe can work reliably in a harsh environment. The output voltage signal is proportional to the distance between the end of the probe and the surface of the measured conductor. It can be used for static (displacement) and dynamic (vibration) measurement. It is mainly used to measure the relative vibration, displacement, key phase and speed of the sliding bearing machinery and the swing of the hydraulic turbine unit. It is suitable for the industrial field under high temperature.

Taiwei Dashi TM50 series transmitter has built-in IEPE circuit, which integrates acceleration into velocity peak value/effective value through precision integrated circuit, integrates velocity into displacement peak value/peak-to-peak value, and converts it into 4 ~ 20 mA current output of corresponding range, which is very suitable for connecting to DCS and PLC systems. A raw dynamic signal output may also be provided. The transmitter has excellent frequency response characteristics, high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference performance, multiple vibration measuring ranges and multiple mounting threads, which is an ideal choice for long-term online vibration monitoring of rotating machinery (absolute vibration of shell, bearing box or mechanism). It is suitable for industrial sites under normal temperature conditions.
